The physical and chemical indexes of Ultra-high power graphite electrodes and nipples refer to YB/T 4090-2015
The instructions on graphite electrode
1.Electrodes shoulds be stored in a clean,dry place,shock and collision avoidances.It should be dried befor use.
2.When connecting the nipples,clean the hole with compressed air,then screw the nipples into it carfully without damaging the theads.
3.Befor the electrode tip by the compressed air when the two electrodes are 20-30mm away.
4.When the electrodes are connected by the wrenches,it should be fully tightened to the specified lacation that the gap between the two electrodes is less then 0.005mm.
5.To avoid the electrode breakage,please keep away from the instruction material blocks.
6.To avoid the electrode breakage,place the aniseed block on the lower part and set the small block on the upper part.
